Apple-Raspberry Smoothie


  • 1 apple, sliced with a corer, core removed
  • 1 cup of raspberries
  • 2 cups unsweetened nut milk (or water)
  • 1/2 cup sunbutter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or paste

Dump in a blender and pulse until combined. Serves 2!

A medium apple has a glycemic index of 40.
Raspberries have a glycemic index of 32.

This meal counts as a carb and a fat.
