Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup non-dairy milk, like macadamia nut or soy
- 1/4 cup sunflower oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cups artichokes, drained
Method:
- Bring non-dairy milk and oil to room temperature.
- Put non-dairy milk in a food processor that has a pour spout/opening.
- Start food processor.
- Slowly drizzle sunflower oil into the “milk.” The two liquids should emulsify effortlessly this way.
- Add salt after all oil is added to the food processor.
- Add garlic to the food processor.
- Add artichokes to the food processor.
- Turn off the food processor once all are well-combined.
- Serve immediately or chill.

We suggest eating this with turnip chips.
This counts as a fat as the carbs are extremely low. Protein is pretty negligible.
Remember: food is not immortal. Consume within a day or two.
