Crystal’s Trail Mix (Bulk Recipe)


  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 2 cups hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup pistachio
  • 1/2 cup dried blueberries

Combine and store, using 1/2 cup as a snack as needed. Ladies, add another teaspoon of oil and a touch of salt (to taste) at snack time to make sure it’s enough fat.

Fat, protein, and carb.
