Ingredients:
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup walnuts
- 2 cups hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup pistachio
- 1/2 cup dried blueberries
Combine and store, using 1/2 cup as a snack as needed. Ladies, add another teaspoon of oil and a touch of salt (to taste) at snack time to make sure it’s enough fat.
