Ingredients:
- a bunch of asparagus
- healthy plant fat of choice (avocado, olive, etc.)
- salt
Method:
- wash and cut asparagus into 1″ pieces. Set aside.
- preheat skillet with at least 3 tbs of oil on gas mark 7.
- after about 2 minutes, dump asparagus into the skillet. (may cause splattering, use splatter screen.)
- stir asparagus every 10 seconds for 2 minutes.
- dump into a bowl and salt generously to taste.
- ENJOY IT HOT!
